COMPETITION DIVISIONS: (ages as of Dec. 31, of the entry year)
There are six divisions of competion at the state level. Prizes will be awarded in each division. Click on the icon next to a division name for more specific info about each or to download a printable registration form in Acrobat Reader format.

GENERAL:
The following divisions use both the National and Ohio forms.

• Ages 12 and under
• Ages 13-16
• Ages 17-24
• Ages 25 and older
• All ages
• All ages
  

FASHION/APPAREL DESIGN:
This division uses the Fashion/Apparel Design Entry form only, is competition at the National level only and is geared specifically for college students who are studying fashion or apparel design. It is included here so that those who are eligible might be made aware of it and have a resource for registering for it.

• At least 17 years of age and currently enrolled in a college-level fashion or apparel design program.
